佟绍成

佟绍成,博士,教授,博士生导师,IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society高级会员,中国自动化学会“信息物理系统控制与决策专业委员会”委员,辽宁省自动化学会副理事长,大连海事大学客座教授。2014年-2021年连续八年入选全球“高被引科学家”名录,目前担任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》,《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》,《International Journal of Fuzzy Systems》等多个国际知名期刊的副主编和编委。研究方向为模糊系统理论、智能控制、自适应控制、鲁棒控制。

佟绍成教授,1992年被评为辽宁省优秀青年教师;1993年被评为全国优秀教师;2004年被评为全国师德先进个人;2000年被评为辽宁省中青年学科带头人;2000年开始享受国务院政府津贴;2001年被评为辽宁省中青年学科带头人,入选辽宁省第二批“百千万人才工程”百人层次;2003年被评为辽宁省首届教学名师;2005年被评为辽宁省优秀专家,并先后获得国家机电部优秀科技青年、辽宁省先进科技工作者等荣誉称号。3篇论文分别获IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems期刊最佳论文奖,IEEE Transactions on Cybernetic期刊最佳论文奖和IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems期刊最佳论文奖。6篇论文获得中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。

近二十年来,佟绍成教授带领科研团队围绕国际智能控制领域的热点和重点问题,应用模糊系统理论,针对非线性不确定系统的控制设计算法、稳定性、收敛性和鲁棒性等理论问题,开展了卓有成效的研究,取得了一系列国际领先的理论研究成果。佟绍成教授先后主持国家自然科学基金项目6项,国家973子课题1项,辽宁省青年人才基金项目1项,辽宁省自然科学基金项目2项。在国际重要学术期刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》,《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》,《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》,《IEEE Transactions on Systems Man Cybernetics:Systems》, 《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》,《Information Sciences》等发表SCI检索论文200余篇,其中IEEE汇刊论文100余篇,Google 学术引用20000余次,出版学术专著4部。部分研究成果分别获得国家教育部自然科学一等奖2项、二等奖1项和辽宁省自然科学二等奖1项。
